Babylon Food Market

This is the third time I’m buying something from this store which is either perished, spoiled or straight out old. I bought a dairy product that wasn’t expired but when opened had mold over it, which is probably because it was kept outside the fridge for some time. I didn’t bother taking it back there, but will never shop here ever again because their prices are also much higher than the Mediterranean stores nearby like in Niles.

1 million 🌟 is not enough. The moment I walked in, the gentleman & his lovely wife greeted me with warmth and sincere smile. As I shopped around, I found everything I was looking for, hoping for, even more and better than I've expected. Since I moved to the suburbs, I was looking around to find an authentic middle eastern one stop for everything and that is my go to home from now on. Once I got to the register, the owners couple were so kind and asked if it's my first time at theirs, I asked when do they get fresh bread and they said: daily ❤️, the gentleman surprised me with a free bag of bread as a gift. I am so touched by their kindness, mannerism and class. I left extremely satisfied and deeply appreciative of both, the oweners' demeanor and the store's goods and setting. Can't wait for my next shopping escape to that adorable place.

For six years, Babylon Food Market has been my go-to for an authentic Turkish shopping experience. The market offers a diverse range of products, from traditional food items to essential kitchen and cleaning supplies, all reflecting the quality and diversity of Turkish and other Middle Eastern countries. What truly distinguishes it is the owner's commitment to quality and freshness, always ensuring products are top-notch and within date. His honest, straightforward approach in responding to queries adds a personal, trustworthy touch to every visit. Babylon Food Market is more than a store; it's a comprehensive destination for all who appreciate Turkish and other Middle Eastern culture and necessities.
